Get ready for Round Three of our Future Skills Training Series: the Brainbrunch that turns learning, networking, and brunching into the ultimate Saturday power‑combo. Still zero corporate‑training boredom, still no “please‑let-this-slide-end” moments — just the good stuff.

In May, we’re stepping into the world of leadership superpowers — because once you master how you show up and how you influence, it’s time to learn how to lead conversations, choices, and people with clarity and confidence.

 

🔥 Leadership Level Up: Hard Talks & Feedback Mastery

This month, you’ll discover how to:
• Handle difficult conversations without sweat, panic, or spontaneous teleportation attempts
• Make smarter decisions by understanding how your brain tricks you (hello biases 👋)
• Give and receive feedback in a way that actually strengthens relationships instead of causing quiet emotional damage

And yes — you’ll practice all of this live, while enjoying brunch, meeting fellow JCIs, and testing leadership tools on real humans (the bravest experiment subjects of all).

• 9:30-13:30: Workshop with longer break in between for Brunch / Networking
